If you like this style you should look at a few of these artist's who i find inspirational.
1. Jon Foster [link]
2. [link]
3. [link]
4. [link]
5.[link]

they are really good concept artists and painters that use a quick brushstroke and expressionistic feel.
Hope this helps!

hey sorry it has taken so long. But here is some advice at least with The human body.

1. When drawing it the proportions are important.
- Generally the body is 7 head lengths
- If making a shorter person 5-6 heads is common
2. Try just doing 1-3 minute gesture drawings of yourself
- In a mirror
- Pictures that have good postures

Those should help just loosen ya up and make everything fresh.

What kind of things do you need help with in Photoshop?

If you've painted before it was made in the same manner.
Um, I just keep general rules in mind.
1. work background to forground
2. dark to light or light to dark but be consistent.
3. work General to Specific
